Adi Pinkas, PhD, Assistant Professor, Pathology, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, was selected as the 2023 recipient of the prestigious Harry Eagle Scholar Award for Outstanding Pre-Clerkship Teaching at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. This award recognizes faculty members who are outstanding teachers and leaders in pre-clerkship education to Einstein’s medical students.
The faculty-nominated award was named for the late Harry Eagle, MD, former Professor and Chairman of the Cell Biology Department, founding Chairman of its Biological Sciences Division, former Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs and founding Director of its Cancer Research Center.
